Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There was never any mention that the company would not offer annual raises or merit increases.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The need to understand what their staff do on a daily base. From A - Z and we are not robots . Stop trying to promote friends and do by by their skill sets.
