What are some of the best things about your team?Talented people, diverse pool of talent. Differing backgrounds and opinions, none are stifled from expressing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Positive employee moral and work ethic. No slackers and no wasted effort due to leadership pivoting on a dime.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The leadership is stagnant and backward thinking. AlixaRx is supposed to be a technology company yet stopped innovating. All the innovation happened years ago. It would appear they're profit taking and numbers watching. No clear path forward. Never hear about Wins or losses. Poor leardership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Money=Respect. Benefits are an added value, get the money part right and the rest will be an afterthought.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?INNOVATE. We have access to a MOUNTAIN of data, yet we do nothing with it other than babysit it. We could be using that data for so much more. Leverage team skillsets better. Design a modular system that interfaces with more than Framework and then innovate some more.
