Overall experince at All My Sons is great. Theyve always taken care of me, gave guidance, they hear you out, and undertand you gave a life outside of work if something were to come up. It makes you work harder knowing you get taken care of at short notice. You stratch their back they scatch yours.

I like when workers come in motivated to learn, help, give ideas on how to they also think the move should go Just being pro-active with a postive attitude what i like about my team.
What makes you most happy at work?
Most happy when a challenge comes up and my team has a postive go forward attitude and we make the challenge work for the client, the atmosphere bryce brings amd when the helpers want to help and grow as well
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture the shop brings is postive and family oriented. Bryce our mananger gives advice, guidance, ideas, and always looking to spread light on us before we leave for work. He understands you have to take care of yoir workers, he communicates and encourages it. Real leader at the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has taken care of me since the first interaction. I told them where im coming from in my individual life and my situation. And they worked with me on my needs.They do what they can for you when you bring strong work ethic to them.They understand you have life outside of work.Very balanced
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a driver you dont get paid when you come in to pre-trip so the company doesnt get a violation. log onto the tablet, do paperwork,clean,& meetings.thats all work for the company If we come in at 6:30 and dont leave till 7:30/8.thats 1-2 hours youre not getting paid a day.5-10 hours a week
