It's good to watch it grow. Seeing the numbers from last year to this year let's me know that we are moving in the right direction.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Building guys from the ground up and promoting within, it's good to see. Would like to see more of a "family" vibe.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are great and easily understood. Compensation is fair and knowing that it increases as I get better in my role helps.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
New management is showing us the right direction while keeping the goals of the company in mind along with trying to find a better work/life balance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Coming in and seeing the new challenge of the day. Writing down my tasks and tackling them one at a time and seeing my work progress at the end of the day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Keep the day light with good humor and conversation. Goals are laid out and everyone is working hard to achieve them. We work well as a team, and I look forward to what the future holds in our location.
