My experience has gone from rough to a pleasure to be in. The initial branch I started at was ran poorly by upper management. I worked hard day-in and day out to put myself in a position to transfer and go where I've always wanted to be. My FVP made that happen after seeing my work and dedication.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to communicate in a friendly environment with good people that I work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is there to support you no matter how small of an issue you have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is structured very well. I've been to other branches that did not have structure. Structure is an important part of being successful
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a well oiled machine. We are always in sync, we work great together to tackle all tasks and to make sure margins are tight. The management team here is great!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have made significant impact on the branches that I have worked at. Always a top booker and assist leader, a great manager. I feel as though the job that I do is worth more compensation salary based.
