We all know our roles and responsibilities. We do our part and are more than happy to assist each other when necessary.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our company culture cultivates productivity and collaboration. But, most of all, I truly appreciate the healthy work-life balance and family values of All My Son's.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is our monthly bonus. They are directly corelated to how well we are preforming as a branch. A great way to feel rewarded for the hard work put in daily.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy coming to work every day at All My Sons. I would say what makes me the happiest is the support, there is never any problems -only opportunities- to learn and grow. When faced with a challenge, we work together on the solution.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about my leadership is their ability to provide clear direction. There is never a time that I feel unsure of our goal and what to do to get there. The leadership is supportive, and we all work together as a team.
