I have absolutely loved it here. I started at Raleigh Main as a helper from 01-06 and then at Ron's in Dallas from 06 to 07. I love that I am back where it all started and where I absolutely fell in love with the moving industry but on the other side of the glass now!

Communication and teamwork. Learning from each other

They are always trying to improve in areas that need it and always able to answer questions when I have one!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus each month. It pushes me to be the best I can be and in doing so, getting rewarded for it!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respect everyone has for each other. How positive everyone is and when they aren't, we get to the bottom of it and make it a positive situation!
What makes you most happy at work?
No stress when am at off work. I ran another company for 6 years and was stressed all the time due to the fact that I literally ran everything solo.
