My overall experience can be described as "always going up". It seems like every year I've worked for AMS, there's been a transformative shift, and it has always worked out to be better than before.

I enjoy whay i do and am very grateful to be able to now woek from home. The work/life balance has improved and I enjoy having a flexible schedule.

Everyone is goal driven and supportive

Getting to talk to customers in different markets

They provide assistance when needed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have an open line of communication and are approachable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commissions are very fair and the fact that it's weekly pay.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the slack groups and the healthy competition. It feels good and positive when another estimator does well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've enjoyed slack so far, although I'm not directly invested in their success, the competition drives me harder than without it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Nothing feels better than closing multiple deals a day and knowing you're in control of how well you're doing. That All My Sons has given you everything you can ask for, it's up to you to make it happen. There's very very little holding you back.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the messaging and information flow from Travis. Its very clear and consistent (every few months is perfect). Travis lays out the right amount of information that is pertinent and timely. It's nice to hear only from Travis, it makes it easier to digest. I like the vision of AMS.
