What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is great. Brian and Bobby are great leaders and encouragers! Travis is a great Sales leader as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be paid at the industry normal. 7.5-10%. It is what we use to get as estimators.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love the freedom to sell to the customer that is most comfortable to us. We are given the tools to succeed
