What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is genuinely happy for each other when we are having a great day. We are all willing to give advice and help out where we can. It really does feel like a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is readily available to the employees, and they don't make you feel bad for asking questions! It is a fun place to work in office, everyone is so nice and helpful. They really want everyone to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It really does feel like a family in the office. Nobody is ever to busy to stop and help or check in on where you are at and how you are feeling. They see us as people first.
