I have been with AMS for 3 months now and have already had opportunities to test new projects with the CEO and director. I was recently given the opportunity to work remote full time, as hybrid calls and text service. With the help of my managers I was able to move into the top 2 bonus tier as well!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is how motivated we are, and how helpful everyone is. We are a growing family and we all want to see each other succeed and move up tp greater things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How diverse and equal we are here. Everyone who steps foot into All My Sons becomes family for life, no matter who you are, where you came from, and what your background is. We are all treated as an equal and fair as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is not only the fair pay, but the amazing bonus structure that motivates us to work hard and book honest, amazing jobs to build our returning customers/family. Not only that, but the awesome point system and power hour raffles.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite thing about the leadership team is how much they care and invest in us as employees. They really take time to make sure you are your best self, and always very attentive and helpful. They want to see you grow and push you to your fullest potential. I love our leadership team!
