My bonus of course lol. Having the Raydiant store is super neat, too.

People are VERY vocal and supportive in the chat. The memes are funny to watch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Management is very energetic!! I do like how the management gives the CC reps permission to be very confident on the phone
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how our management team is very upfront about policies and what is asked of us. There is no guessing or grey area. If you are doing great, managers tell you. If you are in trouble, you are told right away. I like that.
