My overall expierence has been rocky but amazing. There were many times I thought to myself I wasn't going to be able to continue but the managment was right by me to tell me how i can continute to be employed with them and everything they would do to help.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have the opportunity to grow our bonus tremendously but we are still paid enough hourly to make it even on the bad months
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
my environment at work is absolutley amazing. I love that its healthy and loving. Even though the environment is competitive that never stops a manager from helping another managers team. its a healthy competitive and its so motivating.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me the most happy is knowing that every day when I come to work even on the days I don't get many calls I have a wonderful loving team of supervisers behind me to help push and guide me up the ladder to success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that my leadership team has been by myside every step of the way and that even through some difficult problems they have done their absolute best to keep me as an employee and accomadate me as well. they are always more then happy to help with literally anything!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is super inspiring, very helpful and always motivating. They lift eachother up and help everyone with anything they can even when they aren't asked. a AMS veteran was willing to have a one on one conversation with me my first week to offer me advice and put my mind to ease with issues.
