What does the leadership team need to get better at?Most of leadership is new either to the company or to adjusting. Managers put less time in at work than their workers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Management and expectaions. Management is salary and should put in more hours than the hourly employee. Managers should also learn how to adjust using the claims handling software we use. Managent needs to stop setting false expectations.
