Robert S. Wetherbee — Executive Vice President of Flat Rolled Products at Allegheny Technologies

Mr. Robert S. Wetherbee, also known as Bob, has been an Executive Vice President of ATI Flat Rolled Products Group at Allegheny Technologies Incorporated since January 1, 2015. Mr. Wetherbee served as President of Flat-Rolled Products at Allegheny Technologies Inc. from April 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014. Mr. Wetherbee served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Minerals Technologies Inc., since March 04, 2013. Mr. Wetherbee served as the President of ATI Tungsten Materials at Johns Manville Corporation since April 1, 2012. Mr. Wetherbee served as the Business Unit President of ATI Metaworking Products, Inc. from June 14, 2010 to April 1, 2012. He served as Business Unit President of Metalworking Products at Allegheny Technologies Inc., since June 14, 2010. He served as the President of Alcoa's Rigid Packaging business of Alcoa Inc. from December 20, 2004 to 2006. He served as Vice President of Market Strategy, for Alcoa from 2006 to 2010. Mr. Wetherbee served as the President of Alcoa Mill Products based in Chicago from 2003 to 2004. Mr. Wetherbee joined Alcoa in 1981 in Finance, where he held various positions until 1991. From 1991 to 2003, he served in roles of increasing responsibility in general management, including General Manager of the Americas' Closure business, Chief Executive Officer /President of eBusiness and Metalspectrum and Business Development Manager of Europe. He has a 29-year career with Alcoa, Inc. where he served as Vice President of Market Strategy, responsible for growth strategies for business units in the global aerospace, oil, gas and transportation industries. He served as co-chair of the Blue Green Alliance Corporate Advisory Council and has been active in numerous community organizations. Mr. Wetherbee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Administration and Accounting from Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa.
