Mr. William Meury, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Commercial Officer of Allergan plc since May 9, 2016 and has been its Executive Vice President from March 17, 2015. Mr. Meury served as President of Branded Pharma at Allergan plc from March 17, 2015 to May 10, 2016. He served as an Executive Vice President of Commercial - North American Brands at Allergan plc (formerly known as Actavis plc) since July 1, 2014. Mr. Meury served as an Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Forest Laboratories Inc. since December 2013. He served as a Senior Vice President of Marketing at Forest Laboratories, Inc. until December 2013. As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mr. Meury oversaw the activities of several departments including Product Management, Market Research and Commercial Assessments, as well as Forest's Global Marketing and Early Commercialization groups. Mr. Meury directed 10 product launches during his tenure at Forest. Before joining Forest, Mr. Meury worked in public accounting for Reznick Fedder & Silverman and in financial reporting for MCI Communications. He has a B.S. in Economics from the University of Maryland.
