It's hard to choose. The benefits are better than other financial services companies I've worked for - they have mental health, family leave, volunteer time off, etc. They also have a stock award for each employee which makes people feel like owners from the bottom to the top.
Recent company wide pay increase. 100 shares of stock, yearly, for next 3years. PTO for all missed work. PTO accrual schedule.

All of the Weaverville and Jacksonville operations leadership is men as they only promote men in the small call center offices. Women are objectified, ignored, dismissed, and not paid as well.
