All of the Weaverville and Jacksonville operations leadership is men as they only promote men in the small call center offices. Women are objectified, ignored, dismissed, and not paid as well. HR is disrespectful and non responsive. I have been trying to reach someone in HR for weeks and they ignore

Internal audit dpt needs to be revamped. They have no eithics or morals.

Riegn in compliance mgmt processes to support front line
Fair treatment, better pay, more internal opportunities, recognition
They spend more time focusing on bringing us back into office when they know we don't want to come back than they do actually making a healthy workplace. We want to stay remote. We don't want to go back to environments with constant microagressions.

Hr not responsive until months later
Standardize it, at least within departments - every hiring manager does it differently.

Sexism, ageism, does not care about mental health, unresponsive HR.
Allow remote work forever. nobody wants to go back to the office.
Front end is disconnected with the backend. Lack of capabilities to leverage technology
