Everyone is working toward the same goals.
Leadership is always pushing you to learn more. They want to support your career goals to include paying for training, giving access to self training.
The executive team seems to truly have the customers, employees, and shareholders at the top of their minds. They also seek diversity in the C-suite and do not just talk about the values - they make the effort to live them. Although every person makes mistakes - they have integrity.
Transparency, communication, recognition. Always open doors.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401k program and 529 contribution.

The medical benefits are excellent

It's hard to choose. The benefits are better than other financial services companies I've worked for - they have mental health, family leave, volunteer time off, etc. They also have a stock award for each employee which makes people feel like owners from the bottom to the top.
Recent company wide pay increase. 100 shares of stock, yearly, for next 3years. PTO for all missed work. PTO accrual schedule.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. Collaboratio Working together to meet deliverables.

Genuine and real people who rejoice in the collective success of the team.
We are all spread all over the place, they all seem nice and genuine, some are more timid some are more outgoing but everyone is welcoming and not intimidating. They were very generous with their training and info they shared during my first weeks
They get the job done and are responsible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity training ad culture sharing.
There is a support group for everything and anything. Ally is very strong about training to be aware of others and how we may offend someone without even knowing it. I'm a huge fan of Ally being one of the largest sponsors of Nascar. Ally is very generous with sponsorships.
Very inclusive company. ERGs are advertised well.
