Good product direction in an emerging field

No micro managing. And don't encourage people to writ fake positive reviews to get more people.

the base pay + benefits is above market
Stocks + good pay scale and benefits, well being!

Very sneaky about stock options. Such a liar.

really great culture and supportive manager

Many unnecessary meetings for the managers to keep track of you. And they call this agile.

good vibes and culture skews young

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People want you to work over-time. The managers pressure you into doing that by sending private email.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Take a lot of time and many rounds. They even forgot to get back.
What makes you most happy at work?
getting to build something cool
Fully remote with good WLB
Good work environment, fun people
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
So many wrong things. No transparency. Lots of lies. No learning opportunity. Lots of micro management. Managers don't support you and don't even know what you are doing. When they check up on you, they say nasty things about you without knowing it.
