It is well structured package.

Not much when they keep you from getting your 401 k when they wont work you

take home no hidden deductions and very well structured

No work life balance. High working stress.

Management’s aren’t interested in what you do and doesn’t listen to

There is no possibility to re-negotiate the salary after 1 year and there is no bonus (under a certain contract level). The increase of responsibility and workload it is not compensate by an increase of salary.
