Stronger leadership, accountability, seeking those who seek out the source of information to determine the correct way rather than making things up "on the fly". It seems the company has a lot of potential of becoming fragmented.

The interview process is not as per the skills of the candidate rather it is purely focused on institute & degree which is purely meaningless when it comes to performance at work.
