What is the best part about your compensation package?

Everyone at the company gets stock

Half year plans. We get to accelerate twice a year

Equity package when the stock price is good

Stock benefits are my favorite

They are 100% paid for the employee

Really good insurance, company pays most of it.

It's above industry average for my skill level. Bonuses after nice. Stock options are really good.

It's fair and equitable and we all receive stock options. Great way to give us skin in the game and incentivize us to do our best work daily

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Horrible PTO for tech companies. Otherwise it's all good.
