The mission of Alyce is to help everyone create personal bonds with everyone they do business with.
At Alyce, we believe the closer you get to the people you do business with, the better business you’ll do. So we’ve built a Personal Experience Platform that leverages AI and the Power of Choice to help you create personal bonds with your prospects, customers and partners by engaging them on their “5-to-9.” The key to investing in relationships? Always Be Personal.
Sustainability is a cornerstone to the Alyce vision.
When starting Alyce, the leadership team wanted to create a business that has massive sustainability in terms of longevity of the business and how we are giving back, but also how they actually built a business model rooted in the values of the business.
We strive to make our packaging and delivery as sustainable and socially conscious as possible.
Our outside packaging is fully recyclable, we're always thinking about the types of inks being using, and eve use pull tabs to avoid using tape.
And as the world has shifted more digital these day, Alyce has shifted away sending packaging and focussing of digital personal experience model to help establish bonds in business.
Corporate Social Responsibility and The Environment.
Beyond the green and reusable material focus in the Boston office, the Alyce platform and approach itself addresses one of the largest environmental issues in the $120 Billion corporate gifting industry - Waste.
Around 90% of generic corporate gifts, and swag end up in back offices, trash or landfills.
At Alyce we want to completely remove that waste by transforming the industry itself - by not sending gifts no one wanted or chose.
We focus on helping everyone create personal bonds with everyone they do business with
Every personal experience is a one-to-one driven moment.
We never send anything that people haven’t expressed an interest in receiving.
We also provide the power of choice with our Alyce marketplace for people to select an alternative gift experience, or the recipient can donate the value of the gift towards a charity of their choosing.
It’s making a major difference.
It's delivering a greater personal experience to help our customers create stronger relationships and saving TONS of unwanted gifts being shipped across the country and ending up landfills.
A core pillar of Alyce is to give to others and those in need.
As such, Alyce supports a number of organizations and charitable organizations including Artists For Humanity and ArtLifting, that supports artists impacted by homelessness or disability.
Furthermore, philanthropy and giving back to other is also instilled within the foundation of the Alyce platform itself.
In early 2020, Alyce added over 350 charitable donations as gifts in their PX marketplace allowing for Charitable Donations as a gifting option for customers. Since this announcement, the Alyce team noticed a dramatic increase in charity donations during the pandemic, with customers facilitated donations well into the six figures.
But Alyce wanted to do more.
To mirror the generosity they saw daily, they announced the Alyce Match Program, which matched the funds of the most donated-to organization each quarter.
Alyce’s PX platform has facilitated thousands of dollars of donations to charity, having given around $160,000 to date.
