It has been a great company to work for. there is a great balance of work and family life. They do may activities through out the year to show they care about the employees. The only problem is pay. at least in my office it is well below for the industry and can be hard to move up.

they are all ready to support each other and pick up any slack.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They as straight forward with communications and the state of the business. They do not try to Spin the truth.
