What are some of the best things about your team?
Open communication, talented, passionate, friendly
Inspiring, experts, hard working, results oriented, collaborative.
A lot of experienced engineers have left 1A which is big loss of knowledge but the team spirit and 1A culture is rebuild with the new joinees
Understand the work, takes ownership
- Too much of fluff in the meetings. Make them short and to the point. - Managers have no idea some times what you are speaking about. - You explain same point to multiple times to same people in the process and you call it innovation funnel and after all this you go nowhere.
