Engagement with Leadership Principles. It seems we only engage at Annual Review/Forte season. We need to continue to measure regularly against our LPs. Also, it seems as though Insisting on Highest Standards in our day to day tasks and involvements has been de-prioritized to Delivering Results.
Change the cap on base pay. As you advance and age at the company, the balance of base pay to RSU vests shifts significantly. Total compensation changes significantly when you are taxed at 30% of your RSUs but at a regular rate for your base pay. This must change or talent will be lost.
