Compensation needs to adjust with inflation and the responsibilities of the role. Going from RC to a sourcer should get a much higher pay increase. The fact that I work at a large company like Amazon and am stressed about paying rent is laughable. Amazon has the money to pay their employees better.

When I joined at a different team I don't think they gave me a fair offer. I recently transitioned to consumer and I'm hoping my compensation will be reevaluated to be aligned with my contributions as well as my team's equity.

I am ashamed of Amazon's labor practices and union busting efforts, especially over the past couple of years. With racial inequality and class disparities at the forefront of attention, Amazon should be held accountable for the ways they contribute to both of these things.
