There isn't a pressure to always be perfect. As long as you can admit mistakes, fix them when possible, and grow, the company supports you.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As people grow into management roles, they could use some additional training. However, it is sometimes so busy, that there isn't enough time for that. I think this is one of the challenges of being a very fast growing company.
