What are some of the best things about your team?
Ridiculous amount of meetings, some to meet about having a meeting. Many driven from CEO level as essentially no decision making is delegated downward.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is little work life balance. All employees are expected to be accessible and responsive 7 days a week. Vacations are meaningless and little more than working from a different location.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Dr Lisa Su is a successful turn around leader but fails at leading success. Her style is old school berating employees as her means of motivation. Su is a bully with no people skills at all.
