Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
AMD is way under pay comparing to other giant high tech companies in North America or in Canada. People turnover rate is high due to low compensation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Questions are asked based on actual need on the position, not too focusing on theories. Minimal the number of people and the interview time to talk to but the right key stakeholders were invited as interviewers.
