New experienced hires seem to get better packages and it takes years for loyal long-timers to catch up if at all. Seems like a losing proposition to not switch companies nowadays.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To get some better experienced persons, instead of taking less knowledge resources
The coworkers constantly put blame and use deceptive practices.

To get balanced work, commiting more projects and reducing the milestones with less resources
More benefits. More liberty in joining other teams.
Enforce work life balance from the executive. Encourage employees to say No to late work or call.
Everything. You cannot perform at the level of NVIDIA INTEL or APPLE with this poor working environment
There is little work life balance. All employees are expected to be accessible and responsive 7 days a week. Vacations are meaningless and little more than working from a different location.

amd has a toxic culture at the mid-level manager level. more concerned about churning teams to keep their roles than building successful teams
