It is a toxic work environment that doesn't care about customers. Customers should be the cornerstone to every business but here they are an afterthought.
Do not care about Loyal employee there would be at least 10-15 lacs diff between pkg of existing employee and new employee of same exp, Pathetic. Money is required if you want loyalty
Compensations are not upto the market rate
The compensation should be up to date with market standards. Also there is no equity
I think every employee work twice as normal employee of other company. People will start leaving company soon.

Senior leadership should skip level down to rank and file and listen not micro manage or belive upper middle MisManagement
It's toxic.It's not driven by the needs of the customers but by petty people that want to control things they have no business even being involved in and there are a number of pathological liars in high up positions and it's hard not to feel defeated every single day.

The biggest are would be process improvement and automation. There can be some redundant processes that, when challenged, the veteran employees will say, "this is how we have always done it". The nice thing is, when you challenge that way of thinking w/good solutions, they are often open to change.
