To be able to go home without having to work at home. Pay does not come close to rejecting the actual amount if time spent working

Fair mileage reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement without having to submit an expense report every month. Everyone has a cell phone. You know that.

I am a salaried employee who works approximately 55 hours per week with no bonus programs. I would feel more valued if I were compensated for the hours I work.
