Face to face with upper level management

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Easier means of communication than email on a tablet. Create teams based on worker locations and maintain them consistently.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Honest executives who are as dedicated to our customers as the employees in the field are. End the do more with less trend.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am a salaried employee who works approximately 55 hours per week with no bonus programs. I would feel more valued if I were compensated for the hours I work.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Customers having my private phone number. A company provides phone would enable faster communication between employees and patients. Moderate growth and increase staffing. Terminate administrators , clinical directors who have failed to learn their expected duties.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

- Honesty with internal customers - Balancing growth with adequate staffing - A more competitive benefits package - Communication and understanding between Account executives and medical staff - compensating salaried employees for excessive work hours - decrease potential CMS fraud
