Again, within our department it is good. However, there are so many silo departments we do not see the interconnections and interactions are lacking in how decisions impact one another.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication and decision making is not vetted well in such a bureaucratic system. There is a lot of well meaning and positive dispositions but too many silos that are not connected well to perform the actual mission, vision, and value statements as genuine and authentic. Good intentions.
What makes you most happy at work?
Hope! Hope that the advocacy and implementation of the programs and services for end of life will make a grassroots change in this country to value dignity and excellent holistic care in dying and birthing a soul back to God has no fear and less pain and absolute support for the loved ones left .
