What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not really even sure who is the leadership team, except those in the c-suite.
Direct manager is flexible and understanding. Above that, not great - fixated on looking good to higher ups and toeing the line on RTO.
Their knowledge of the utility industry gained through years of experience with Amerindian.
The CEO had done a great job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respecting their skilled craft workers
Stop playing in to the whole liberal movement.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good pay level and vacation
Medical benefits and bonus opportunity
The high rate of pay. I make $25+ an hour as a security officer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems if you’ve worked there very long you don’t get promoted or get the raises you deserve. They bring in outsiders and promote them quickly n
What are some of the best things about your team?
Thru all are working together even when they are focused on different pillars. Getting the job done.
They're very supportive and helpful and have years of experience.
We Look out for each other and will help each other and we always make sure everything is correct and safe

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
less competition, less in fighting, less back stabbing to get to the top and to curry favor with Ameren "elites"
The newcomers could use a little more instruction on working with the people already there.
Foul language is absolutely out of control. Simply stop using it so much.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working in person with other teams and current team members
The ability to structure my job the way I like it and still get everything accomplished.

Natural light, flexibility to avoid commuting traffic

It can’t be improved, ameren has already proved that. It’s all about the stock holders and executive compensation. No way it will ever ch
