Not being demoted for being injured and not being lied to about opportunities with getting a CDL through the company

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are in the trenches with me on our own they are alright but the management needs fired across the board it never gets any better
Good time management skills can help with productivity, reduce stress, and give you more time for other projects
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sales always compliment how nice the floor works.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Horrible experience even after 10 years loyalty

It was a conversational interview

Nate is an unprofessional and lazy, rampant favoritism and now made racist remarks against me today
