Review from Operations Dept

My health insurance is the best part of my compensation package.

Review from Sales Dept

The best thing about my compensation package is the medical insurance.

Review from Operations Dept

Flexibility to work multiple jobs to compensate no benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

The pay is fair for this type of work.

Review from Product Dept

I believe they should pay the people who stock the cards more money!

No stock options, benefits or compensation package for part-time workers.

Average health benefits and PTO. 6% 401K matching that vests instantly, not end of year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More of a benefit package

Because myself (and others past and present employees) in this company work many days and hours alone; merchandising grueling overloads of products only to be underpaid and or manipulated by upper management to cut store times given by corporate

Higher pay. We work extremely hard snd are trusted to work independently. We show up on time and can function without direct supervision which companies struggle to find and keep mature rmployees that can do this consistantly. I love this job more than any job ive ever had though!

As a merchandiser you are the face of the company as well as a representative of the store you are servicing. Pay increases and bonuses should be based on store sales and management feedback

We do not get benefits as a ptm.

The job is more work than they allow for in time and pay.

My manager doesn't care about the crew who make her look good. She only cares about her numbers. Never any help or support

Offer benefits to part time merchandisers.

I'm a piece of rice in your bag. Train your managers not to be rude. And teach them patience. The turn over here is crazy

More than minimum wage and discount on products

Getting paid for your service and quality of work.

Review from Sales Dept

I feel the insurance could be better for less money.

Review from Operations Dept

I work hard and should make more money

Review from Sales Dept

Because of part-time position, virtually no benefits.

Review from Sales Dept

The pay is $10 an hour. After a year of working there, they increased my wage to a wopping $10.10. The hours are very minimal to begin with, the pay doesn't cut it

Review from Operations Dept

I would feel more valued if merchandisers were offered full time positions with health benefits. Or at least offer benefits to part time merchandisers as companies such as Starbucks and WinCo do.

Review from Product Dept

I believe more money is needed.
