This job is horrible. Do not ask for help. Do not help when asked. The pay is horrible for the amount of work you have to do in a very limited allotted time. I've been out of work since April because I was hurt on the job. I have had no contact with my supervisor because she doesn't care.

Coworkers are overwhelmed and overworked and underpaid so no one wants to help anyone else
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My manager doesn't care about the crew who make her look good. She only cares about her numbers. Never any help or support
