My boss has continuously talked bad about me on atleast 4 occasions behind my back to my partner. At work, my boss does absolutely nothing to help build fixtures or put away merchandise. My boss also makes work optional but when im unable to make it to a job, she will flip out and call me unreliable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
My leadership team needs to find a better manager for my postion. one that will actually assist at jobs, one that doesnt make their employees feel bad.
