I travel to different stores, so i'm always visiting different stores in the area
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have no opinions of the CEO, but the local manager is very picky. If I dont do something her way, she gets on my case about it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay is $10 an hour. After a year of working there, they increased my wage to a wopping $10.10. The hours are very minimal to begin with, the pay doesn't cut it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Offer a better wage for workers. That's mostly the reason why people come and go so quickly. Most of the time you work 3 hours a week or less and you cant live off of $30 a week. Also, listen to peoples concerns. I've tried numerous of times to drop a store from my schedule and nothing has been don
