Its a great learning experience, and thats about it. The pay is not great and there is no clear management. In the year that ive worked there i met my direct supervisor one time and that was in passing. Its not a place that I would make a career out of.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting people from all sorts of backrounds who have all sorts of goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a lot of very interesting and kind coworkers. I learn something from them every day and have great respect for them :)
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make sure that there is an open communication between supervisors and employees. Have monthly meetings where employees can adress their concerns. Pizza parties dont fix anything
