American Medical Response Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My local supervisor is great shes all the time trying to make our situation better and sticks her neck out for her crews.

Most will work just as hard as we do.

My Regional Directors, VP, and Presidents all live and breath the same MVV. Never have I seen any of them stray from those beliefs.

They are always ready to help

Open honesty and transparency, trust, equality

Learning how to care for people, both patients and employees.

They need to get better at treating its employees fairly.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Profit driven. No concern for employees or their well being. Employees are a dime a dozen. Poorly trained and educated lower level management staff, ie; district operations managers, Continuing Education managers , if any. Seems like the quality of the operation varies from op. to op.
