What did you like most about the interview process?
I like that there is an interview process sometimes. Most times the people they want are already picked. The interview is simply a formality they must endure.
I was told what to expect up front
vague questions. no psychological questions to evaluate if someone could even deal with what we deal with

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The process for interviews is put on by people that print out a paper from the internet and generally have nothing to do with the position.
Have people in interviews that are positive and happy people.
