Professionalism from management. Keeping up with supplies and repairs. Continuing education for field staff to meet state requirements.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Need competitive pay rate to hire and retain employees. In compensation for higher pay Company should offer paid health Insurance for employees.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Profit driven. No concern for employees or their well being. Employees are a dime a dozen. Poorly trained and educated lower level management staff, ie; district operations managers, Continuing Education managers , if any. Seems like the quality of the operation varies from op. to op.
