When I first started there it was great. I was just an EMT but I continued going to school and I am now a paramedic. The area that we serve is hard sometimes. Sometimes it seems like we are just a taxi service. It's when we help people that it is rewarding.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nobody likes to interview. Interviewing is nerve racking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better at treating its employees fairly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to give people a raise for the hard work they do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team was great until new management came in and demoted everyone that was in management.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is a hard job. I like some aspects of the job but other things I hate.
