vague questions. no psychological questions to evaluate if someone could even deal with what we deal with

What are some of the best things about your team?

sit around and talk about what needs to be done and what the plan is and then nothing is followed through

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

pay emt's what they are worth. they get paid less than mcdonalds workers! make health benefits cost less. offer retirements

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

filthy station, has bugs, posting at some small hut, people are not held accountable for what comes out of their mouths, anything goes.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

keep the vehicles in good shape, keep the paint looking good, keep the equipment up to date and working, get new cot mattresses.
