Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The autonomy I'm given. They seldom have to interact with me, and trust my judgement for daily work activities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Basic communication of expected production output and some level of discussion concerning the granularity of reporting client requests.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very competitive with industry (and there is a lot of competition). I do have to make sure that my annual raise at least equals the inflation rate (often the first amount is less than inflation which would be a de facto pay cut).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of awareness that I have to maintain to keep the mission flowing smoothly is often overwhelming due to the inefficiency of enforcing a contractual obligation. Unit Mission creep goes unchecked.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Breadth of knowledge and experience.
We all get along really well together.
They all care about the quality of work they provide which leads to a quality product for our customers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nope, the team is solid, we are all masters of our domain and we work effectively together to cover shifts as needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work a 9/80 schedule (in keeping with the customer ... NASA). I have every other Friday as a day off!
Everyone works hard to grow the company and build our ESOP
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I do not have any complaints about the COMPANY culture.

What makes you most happy at work?
Exercising my troubleshooting abilities to rapidly diagnose and solve problem on the aircraft.
Working with clients and making them happy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Contractors should never be subjected to questionable material during the process of a data leakage investigation. That contractor still has to work with those people after they have seen things they cannot unsee.
