What makes you most happy at work?Exercising my troubleshooting abilities to rapidly diagnose and solve problem on the aircraft.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We work a 9/80 schedule (in keeping with the customer ... NASA). I have every other Friday as a day off!
What are some of the best things about your team?Breadth of knowledge and experience.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Contractors should never be subjected to questionable material during the process of a data leakage investigation. That contractor still has to work with those people after they have seen things they cannot unsee.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I do not have any complaints about the COMPANY culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Nope, the team is solid, we are all masters of our domain and we work effectively together to cover shifts as needed.
